I recently had my roof redone by 180 Contractors, and I couldn't be happier with the results! We had a great experience with 180 Contractors, from start to finish. They kept us informed every step of the way during our project. They were reasonably priced and willing to work with us when we wanted to add new windows along with siding. During our consultation visit, Ken even recognized a minor error in our new roof that had just been installed (by a different contractor) and brought it to our attention so we could get it corrected quickly! Their staff is very friendly, professional, and personable. They even toughed it out in some very bone-chilling, cold weather to get our project done in a timely manner! I took quotes from 180 Contractors and other roofing companies. It was very apparent that Jim W. of 180 Contractors is extremely knowledgeable. Jim answered all of my questions and concerns. Jim walked the roof and inspected the attic to be sure his quote was fair. Can you believe other roofing companies didn’t check the roof or attic yet still gave me a quote? If you are considering 180 Contractors, there is no need to get other quotes; I did the work for you, 180 Contractors gave a fair and very reasonable quote. The crew came out on time and did an amazing job! The clean up was amazing as well; when the crew left and the job was complete, it was like they were never there (other than a great looking roof) ~ Mike W

Working with 180 Contractors was a great experience! Ken took his time to explain each of our roofing options while considering our individual needs. He was thorough and made sure to check our attic for damage during the initial consultation. The rest of the team was equally fantastic! Nancy in the office was very speedy getting our contracts processed and our project manager communicated well with us, too. The actual tear down/installation process of our roof took 1 day, and the cleanup was very thorough as well! They also came back a few days later to ensure we were satisfied and re-inspect their work to ensure it was up to their standard. Working with 180 Contractors has been a fantastic experience! It began with my initial consultation which was very thorough followed by correspondence with the office regarding samples and references to homes for display of those samples. Once I made my decisions the crew communicated very well with me about material drop off and when work would be started. The crew was efficient and very attentive. Once the job was completed the project manager inspected everything before my final payment was due. Everyone I encountered through this company was a real pleasure to work with and my new roof looks amazing! I am very happy with the choice I made by selecting 180 Contractors. Update: I would like to do an update... In my original comment, I said it just too good to be true given their quote is 3 times lower than the other quotes. Fast forward, I had an energy audit to my house today and the inspector said the bath exhaust vents were done correctly with really good insulation and sealing. Again, I am grateful to have them do the job! Affordable price and good quality. Original comment: This company and their team is absolutely amazing. It is just too good to be true... The estimate they provided completely blow my mind. It is 3 times lower than the other quote I got... Jerry Wolfe and the team came in. The job turned out to be way more complicated than it should be. They called 2 more member to ensure the job can be done on time with quality with no additional charger.... We used 180 Contractors for our new siding and gutters. We are absolutely happy with the outcome, our home is beautiful and it feels and looks like a totally new house! We had zero issues with this project. The company reached out with updates consistently regarding project start dates, once started the crew was always on time worked hard and did their thing. very professional and pleasant to deal with. My questions were always answered and their response to any of my calls was always immediate. I am extremely happy with their service and I would reccomend them to anyone looking for a contractor to do home repairs. Exceptional experience with 180 Contractors. Highly recommend this company for your roofing project. What a pleasure to work with a company that says what they mean, and means what they say. Completely transparent and their customer service was top notch. The project manager sent me a link so I could see pictures of the progress of the job throughout the day. Tore my old roof off and installed all new roofing right down to the wood. The project manager and crew worked very hard with excellent attention to detail. My roof looks beautiful. I had 3 large projects I contracted with 180 (Roof, Gutters, & wood trim around the home). I met with Ken who worked with me on the final price to a fair price for the job and Mark and Jerry were the project leads moving forward, along with Braxton and his two workers for wood trim. They listened to concerns, stayed in contact, were polite & professional, and came back to address a small fix promptly. The quality of work was good, and the materials used were solid as well, including Malarkey shingles which was an important selling point. Any issues that came up during the large project were addressed promptly and communicated appropriately. Overall I am happy with the work that was done (and it was a lot of work), the price paid, and friendly staff. I have already referred them to 3 of my family members., and will use them again for future projects. ~ J D

We chose 180 Contractors to re shingle our garage, barn, hangar and gazebo. After meeting with several companies we met Ken from 180 contractors… not only was the presentation very impressive, Ken sealed the deal! . His knowledge and years of experience gave us confidence that our investment would be well placed. We are more than satisfied! We dealt with Ken, Mark and Jerry who kept us informed every step of the way through direct contact and pictures. The clean up after projects was beyond exceptional! You couldn’t tell from the grounds anything had occurred! Not a nail or piece of trash in site. Customer service is 5 star! We can’t highly recommend enough to show our appreciation! ~ Kathryn M

Outstanding service!! Ken responded to out need to find and fix a roof leak. He spent several hours with us. He inspected the leak area as well as the entire roof inside and out. He showed us lots of pictures of all the failure of the shingles and other leak areas as evidenced by mold on the inside roof plywood. He gave us several price points and offered no interest financing. Work began a few weeks later. We had two crews the first day . The Job was overseen by Kenny who kept us in the loop on progress and schedule. The job was completed the second very long day(11 hours. All of the workers were very polite and friendly and on the go all the time except for meal break. Cleanup was near perfect and all extra material was removed the next day. I have received many complements on the job. We are completely satisfied and have no problem recommending this company. ~ Karl B

I got about five roofing companies to give me quotes and decided to go with 180. They offered me a service the other company didn’t, offered me a better type of shingle for the same price as another company’s standard shingle, and also put in a bathroom exhaust duct work and vent for free. But the best of 180 is their customer service. From the sales rep, to the accounts receivable rep, everyone is respectful, accessible, responsive, helpful, clean, and professional. The manager Mark went beyond his job title to help prep for insulation install, as well as make sure I got what I paid for. And Nancy in the accounting department was equally as helpful and easy to work with. I’m so happy I went with 180 even though I didn’t like their logo. Lol. At the end of the day, what really matters is quality of work and customer service. And that’s something they’ve got right. ~ Nathalia C

From the first visit, Ken was a consummate professional. I could tell he had been a roofer and knew what he was talking about (i.e., not just a salesman). He even chatted very nicely about one of his competitors (I always get 4-5 quotes before a decision) and how good of a company they were. Going the extra mile, he even made a second visit (on a Saturday) to look into our attic and found that when the house was built the builders installed the soffits and baffles incorrectly. That was remedied after the roof was replaced. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service and support we've been given. We highly recommend 180 Contractors. ~ Aaron “

I had some home repair needed on my chimney which is 3 stories high. 180 Contractors was able to come out and give me an estimate within a day. The estimator Ken was well experienced and guided me through the alternatives of my home repair. I ultimately decided to get my chimney cap properly flashed and the cedar wood siding on my chimney repaired where it met the roof. I had a few other area of the outside of my home where my cedar siding had been weathered. 180 Contractors did the repair within weeks and the work done was professionally done. I would recommend their service to local customers in the Waterford/Clarkston area. - Walt ~ Walt Z

I wrote a previous comment under either Sgtjayanddrez or something. I can't find it. It had 3 stars I believe. Pretty much said the 2 gutters they clipped & fixed looked good. The new gutter they hung up looked great and the complete siding of the front and making sure the large door was sealed was amazing! Only issue was, they were supposed to fix the siding on the side by the side door & ignored it. UPDATE! The owner called & stopped by today! Explained a worker no longer there didn't even write down that part. The owner came at supper time and fixed everything himself. Great guy! Apologized several times, even though it wasn't his fault & as I said, he didn't know of the problem. It looks great & the previous work still looks great! From start to finish, 180 Contractors were great. Detailed explanation on what needed to be done, costs involved, and overall general communication. I am so happy with everything they've done. They went above and beyond to fix something that they found was wrong with my bathroom vent without hesitation and not just leaving it because it wasn't "their job". They laid tarps around my home, put plywood up against my windows to prevent damage, and their clean-up was unbelievable. They even used a metal detector to make sure there were no leftover roofing nails on the ground. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to re-roof their home. ~ Geralyn F

These guys are the best! From the very start to the end of the job. They are very attentive, patient, and above all very honest! My roof got done today and it came out perfect, I had unknown issues before removing the old shingles but the whole crew fixed everything to perfection like champs! They also did some new and improved things I wasn’t even aware that you’re supposed to do in roofing! Love that they send you a link so you get photos of everything they are doing on your roof! The experience and service by all employees I dealt with at 180 contractors roofing and siding was great. Once I decided on the brand of roofing, I went through the quote process with companies that carried it. The salesman Jim, was the most thorough, came back to me with pictures and provided a quote. I was informed as to the schedule and installation went smoothly. I really liked that a project manager is part of the package - (ty MD), checking in about any questions I may have, pictures sent about what’s happening on the roof through a link. I highly recommend 180 Contractors for your siding project. I had a great experience with them. Our siding came out really nice and better than I expected. Prior to getting the siding installed we had an issue with our chimney that caused some damage in our home. 180 Contractors fixed the issue while we waited for the siding materials to come in. They walked through everything with me from start to finish. They provided pictures every day of what was completed. Overall I’m very satisfied with the project. The entire process was seamless and professional. The entire process was planned well, through, and timely. All of the workers were professional and well qualified in their trade. Fixed two holes in the foundation of the house under a deck. Cemented one hole and used a metal plate on the other directly under the foundation. Placed deck back together without damaging any boards. Very professional job. Excellent to work with. Also afterword had roof stripped and new shingles attached. Happy with overall project especially the holes in the foundation because I couldn’t find any other company to take care of it! I recommend them and would use the company again if needed. I had a leaky roof and after getting an estimate on getting a new roof or replacing half my roof, I decided to get a new roof. This company is one that will respect you and honestly work with you. They are not pushy, they are not just attempting to get your hard earned money. They stand by their work. They put a beautiful roof on my house. I have not had any problems and it has been up for over an year. I would use them 1000 times again if I need other work done on my house. Thank you 180 contractors!
